Software Upgrade Notice – Important Information for Users of Older Versions

Dear Customer,

We are pleased to announce the availability of our new software version. To ensure a smooth transition, please read the following important notes regarding account access and activation codes.

1. Accounts and activation codes before June 1, 2026
Accounts and unused activation codes issued before June 1, 2026 can be used with both the old and the new software versions.

2. Activation codes and licenses after June 1, 2026
Activation codes and online activation licenses sent on or after June 1, 2026 can only be used with the new software version.

3. Login issues for dormant accounts
Due to some dormant accounts, if your old account cannot log in to the new version, please try adding "_1" (underscore one) to the end of your username.

4. Reactivation across versions
If you recently activated your account using an activation code in one version, you may try reactivating it in the other version.
